Personal Preference Assessment

During the Leadership Speed experience, your leaders will complete the Pace Preference Self-Assessment which helps them identify their preferences across three spectrums: overall pace, focus on quality vs. quantity, and overall patience. As a first step in creating a plan to improve, this data creates self-awareness in your leaders and helps them understand how preferences in working style impact leadership speed.
