Why am I receiving an “Incorrect email and/or password” message?

If you are receiving this message, the email address or password that you entered does not match our records. Please ensure that each of the following are not causing this:

• Your account email address should match the address that the invitation email was sent to.
• The password for your account is case-sensitive. There must be no spaces before or after the password.
• If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot your password? link to create a new one.
• If you are still unable to access your account, please contact support@zfco.com.

The link in my email is not working. How can I log in?

Try copying and pasting the link into your web browser’s address bar. If that doesn’t work, try opening an in-private or incognito web browser and trying one more time as there is a chance your computer is storing cookies. If this does not work, please send a message to support@zfco.com along with a screenshot of the error message.

I have forgotten the answer to my security question. What do I do?

If you’ve forgotten the answer to your security question and you are trying to retrieve your account password, please contact support@zfco.com. Please note: answers to security questions are case-sensitive.
