A unique component of the Leadership Speed experience is the Pace Preferences Self-Assessment, which helps participants identify their personal preferences across three spectrums directly correlated to leadership speed. Participants receive the information and insights they need to explore personal areas that might require adjustment.

During the Leadership Speed experience, your leaders complete the Pace Preference Self-Assessment, which helps them identify their preferences across three spectrums:
