Leadership Coaching
Build confidence in the most avoided leadership behavior
Today’s workforce wants to know how they are doing and what they can do to improve. Simply put, they want feedback. Yet, research shows that giving feedback remains one of the most avoided leadership behaviors. Often, leaders simply lack the confidence, skills, and practice to provide feedback effectively.
Why Elevating Feedback
Offer your employees a consistent, versatile feedback framework, and create a culture that fosters greater awareness and better solutions in your organization.
“Feedback, even positive feedback, benefits from a framework.”
As part of the Elevating Feedback experience, participants learn a pattern for providing reinforcing feedback, discover the rules of engagement for redirecting feedback, and gain experience and confidence while practicing our proven feedback framework.
When it comes to giving redirecting feedback, leaders can easily miss the mark. A “miss” can lead to disengaged, negative employees. That’s why the right framework matters.
What makes the Elevating Feedback experience different.
01
A unique component of the experience, the self-assessment helps participants identify their personal preferences across several dimensions related to giving and receiving feedback. Participants receive the data and insights they need to explore areas that might require adjustment.
02
The FUEL model is a flexible framework that empowers your leaders with the guidance they need to hold effective feedback conversations, either planned or on-the-fly.
03
Participants benefit from behavior modeling and practice flexing the FUEL model with real scenarios and feedback on their practice. They leave prepared and confident to have more effective feedback conversations.
Research-backed self-assessment and expert guidance to support your organization.
Our Feedback Preferences Self-Assessment helps participants discover the value they personally place on giving and receiving both positive and redirecting feedback. It also measures their comfort level when engaging in these practices. In addition, the assessment measures self-esteem, which has been found to be directly related to one’s ability to give and receive feedback.
