Participants who complete the Master Certification process, achieve the highest certification available at Zenger Folkman. They gain the knowledge and tools to certify their own internal facilitators to effectively deliver standard or customized versions of The Extraordinary Leader Workshop within their organizations. Led by a Zenger Folkman Master Facilitator, this certification process focuses on knowledge transfer and skill development.
