Develop
A leader’s influential style plays a key role in understanding bold leadership. A unique component of the Bold Leadership program is the Influence Preference Self-Assessment which helps participants identify their personal preferences across three influential style spectrums. Participants receive the personal data and insights they need to pursue the skills of bold leadership.

Apply
The Bold Leadership experience asks your leaders to step into influential styles that are out of their preferred, comfort zone. Using a real-life organizational challenge, participant teams are challenged to discover different ways to influence the situation.

Individual
Is it possible to become a bold leader? Our research says yes! Participants will benefit from a proven process and expert support to create an individualized development plan that is simple and relevant as they set a course toward bold leadership.
