Her work and experience has been featured in Forbes, the Harvard Business Review, the Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, Boss Magazine, The Age, Women's Agenda, Wellbeing Magazine and more.

Michelle is the author of several books, including “Your Strengths Blueprint: How to be Engaged, Energized and Happy at Work.” She holds a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Applied Positive Psychology and is currently completing a PhD.

In this episode, shares her latest research in the field of training and development as well as personal stories from her career.
