Who is eligible?
For the first time in our history, we are offering access to our Extraordinary Leader 360 assessment and ground-breaking research on companion behaviors to individual coaches/practitioners. If you are a solo practitioner or working in a small group practice, and specialize in coaching leaders in one-on-one settings, you may be eligible to participate in our Coaching the Extraordinary Leader 360 training.

Coaching the Extraordinary Leader 360 Certification
In this 2-day certification process, you will learn not only the research behind the Extraordinary Leader 360 tool and how to interpret the feedback reports effectively, but also the strengths-based approach and tools we have created to develop leaders from “good” to “extraordinary.”

You will receive your own 360-degree feedback report, and have the chance to interpret the nuances that exist in multiple, real feedback reports. You will practice guiding coaching conversations and learn the best practices to facilitate safe and meaningful development conversations. Participants leave this session feeling inspired and equipped to hold strengths-based development coaching conversations with their clients.

Access to the Extraordinary Leader 360 Assessment
Upon successful completion of the certification training, you will be able to easily register your individual clients via a unique coaching portal on Zenger Folkman’s website. You will have the capability and control to determine when your client’s feedback report is generated, and we will ship your client’s development materials directly to you for distribution.
